Gastronomie Sans Gluten Free est une entreprise individuelle offrant des plats sans gluten, du Moyen-Orient et de l'international, unique sur le marché sans gluten Approuvé. Nos produits sont véganes. Ils sont sans gluten, sans soya, sans produits laitiers, sans oeufs, sans crustacés, sans arachides.
Ses plats qui regorgent de saveur sont fièrement produitent de ma propre cuisine du chez moi à la vôtre. GSG est l'une des établissements Approuvé (anciennement Certifié et Dédié) au Québec par le PASG (Programme d'aliments sans gluten). Ce programme est reconnu comme le programme de certification sans gluten le plus complet et le plus pratique répondant aux besoins des clients dans tous les principaux secteurs. Le logo de la marque de confiance certifiée PASG porte la reconnaissance et la valeur les plus élevées dans l'industrie de la certification sans gluten. Notre succès aide les clients à gagner la confiance des consommateurs et à acquérir un avantage concurrentiel dans tous les coins du marché sans gluten en pleine croissance (tiré du site gluten-free food program)
La Certification Sans Gluten Approuvée fournit aux services alimentaires les normes les plus élevés liés à la manutention des repas sans gluten sécuritaires. La transparence est de mise chez GSG depuis son existence sur le marché du sans gluten, soit depuis 2019.

Our history
Our story began after my husband and daughter were diagnosed with celiac disease. It was quite a shock for the family. I wanted so much to understand their situation, the why, the how, and try to find a solution to see the light at the end of the tunnel. Over the years, I have realized that they will no longer be able to enjoy the usual Lebanese and international feast. From that moment on, my gluten-free culinary trials began, which prompted me to embark on this journey. My perseverance led me to learn more about the gluten-free culinary world and its techniques. Coming from a family with a daring culinary talent, my innate passion in cooking has helped me in the metamorphosis of old-fashioned dishes into gluten-free dishes to deliver the texture, taste and flavours my husband and my girl wanted. I wanted to sow this same pleasure with my clients and the entire celiac community.
From this came the mission of Gastronomie Sans Gluten to awaken your taste buds to dishes of yesteryear!
