GSG is the first establishment in Quebec to offer certified gluten-free and vegan baklavas. Our Mediterranean desserts will be available with non-dairy cheese, including Knafé, Katayefs, and Mafrouké. We use gluten-free phyllo dough without fats or eggs, perfect for sweet, savory, and Mediterranean desserts.
